The long walk that I had planned for yesterday was postponed until today due to poor weather. I planned to climb up from the Talybont reservoir dam to Carn Pica, then follow the ridge to end up at the opposite end of the reservoir before returning along the opposite side of the reservoir.

Here’s the first view, on the way up to Carn Pica. The mist is already starting to fall.

Once at the summit of Carn Pica, the mist had fallen and there was barely any visibility. It’s certainly not good weather for photographs just here.

Then, further along the path along the ridge, the mist settled between the hills, giving a few options for interesting photographs that wouldn’t work in ‘ideal’ conditions.
