For my last full day in the Lake District and having climbed Helvellyn on my last visit in June, I walked to the summit of St Sunday Crag. Here is a picture taken on a slight diversion to Arnison Crag on the way up.

It’s a long climb to St Sunday Crag, the summit being 841 metres above sea level. Here’s a view from Gavel Pike, a minor peak a short distance from the main summit but with an excellent view of Ullswater.
