On my way to Conwy, North Wales, to meet friends I stopped briefly at Pensarn, just a few miles east of Conwy along the A55. The very windy weather made this a short visit. Here’s a photograph taken from the modern footbridge over the railway line, where I appear to be sheltering from the wind.

The North Wales Coast Line runs next to the A55 road for much of the coastline. Here is a Transport for Wales train about the pass through Abergele & Pensarn station without stopping.
